Berry Cobbler image

This berry cobbler is a quick and easy dessert to prepare for all ages.

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 box yellow cake mix
3/4 c sugar (granulated)
1 stick butter (melted)
2 lb frozen berry (mix)
1 Tbsp lemon juice (fresh)
1/2 c all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp corn starch

Steps:

  • 1. preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • 2. in 9x13 baking pan add frozen berries, lemon juice, sugar, flour, corn starch stir together
  • 3. in mixing bowl add melted butter and cake mix stir lightly
  • 4. spoon mixture on top of berry mix
  • 5. bake 40 - 50 min. cool for 3 min. serve with vanilla ice cream (optional)
  • 6. storage leave out remainder of cobbler for 2 days max after two days refrigerator the rest
