1 small piece of ginger root (2 ounce)
½ cup vinegar
¼ lemon
1 small onion (7 ounce)
½ cup water

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients in blender and blend at high speed for 2 minutes or until ginger & onion are finely chopped.
