Steps:
- Stir mustard into water and soy sauce and let stand for 5 minutes. Grind sesame seeds in a grinder bowl until powdery. Throw in the garlic and sesame seeds into the mustard, soy sauce and water mixture. Put in a blender for until thoroughly mixed. Slowly pour in the whip cream as you turn the blender on the lowest speed. Enjoy!
