I'm not a fan of beets, but I decided to try this recipe anyway. I'm glad I did! The cake was surprisingly delicious. The beets added a subtle sweetness and moisture to the cake.

This cake is a bit too sweet for my taste. I think I'll reduce the amount of sugar next time.

I'm allergic to beets, so I substituted them with carrots. The cake turned out great! I couldn't even tell that there were no beets in it.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my cake didn't turn out as moist as I expected. It was still tasty, but it was a little dry.

This recipe was a disaster! The cake didn't rise properly and it was dry and crumbly. I followed the recipe exactly, so I'm not sure what went wrong.
