This salad is a bit too sweet for my taste. I think I'll reduce the amount of honey in the dressing next time.

This salad was a delightful burst of flavors and textures. The earthy beets, creamy avocado, peppery arugula, and crunchy sunflower seeds came together perfectly. The dressing was light and tangy, providing a perfect balance to the salad.
