1 cup fresh spinach
1 beet, peeled and cut into quarters
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
½ cup frozen unsweetened red raspberries
½ cup frozen blueberries
½ cup ice cubes
4 slices cucumber

Steps:

  • Blend spinach, beet, yogurt, raspberries, blueberries, ice cubes, and cucumber together in a blender until smooth.
