Not my favorite cocktail, but it wasn't bad.

I found this cocktail to be a bit too strong. I think I would have liked it better if I had used less gin.

This cocktail was too sweet for my taste. I think I would have liked it better if I had used less honey.

I thought this cocktail was just okay. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special either.

This was a great way to use up some leftover honey. I also liked that I could adjust the sweetness of the cocktail to my liking.

I'm not usually a gin drinker, but this cocktail changed my mind. The honey and lemon really mellow out the gin and make it very smooth. I'll definitely be making this again!

Great recipe! The Bees Knees was easy to make and tasted delicious. I used a local honey and it really added to the flavor.
