I Love good Ribs. This was a make as you go recipe when I was hungry for some. Pretty much whatever BBQ Sauce & Beer you have will work.

Provided by Nancy Thomas

Categories     Ribs

Time 2h30m

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 lb beef or ribs (any style, i used beef short ribs)
1 tsp chicago style steak spice
salt & pepper (to taste)
7 oz beer (give or take)
bbq sauce ( your favorite)

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line baking pan with foil (for easier cleanup)
  • 2. Trim Ribs to your satisfaction. Sprinkle seasonings over ribs.
  • 3. Place in pan and pour in beer. I used Bud Light (It was in the Fridge). Cover pan with foil & bake for about 2 hours or just until liquid is evaporated, be careful not to let it get too dry.
  • 4. Take foil off top & Cover generously with your favorite bbq sauce. Cook on one side for 10 minutes, turn ribs over & repeat for second side.
  • 5. Enjoy!
