1 orange, thinly sliced with peel
1/2 onion, thinly sliced
4 cloves garlic, halved and smashed

Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper

This recipe is not worth the effort. The steak was bland and the marinade didn't do anything.

I followed the recipe exactly and the steak was overcooked. I think I'll try cooking it for a shorter amount of time next time.
