Steps:
- 1. put chicken in a large plastic bag, add all the ingredients
- 2. marinade for 8 hours or over night
- 3. bake at 325 for 2 hours..(slow & low) turning halfway. This can also be done on the grill...delicious, falls off the bone goodness.
