Beer Marinated Chicken Drumsticks image

I figured since we all love beer butt chicken, I would put a twist on individual pieces and come up with the same great taste.

Number Of Ingredients 6

3 lb chicken drumsticks (or thighs)
1 c mojo ( bottled marinade)
1 bottle beer
1 Tbsp powdered garlic
salt/pepper ( your taste)
1/4 c olive oil

Steps:

  • 1. put chicken in a large plastic bag, add all the ingredients
  • 2. marinade for 8 hours or over night
  • 3. bake at 325 for 2 hours..(slow & low) turning halfway. This can also be done on the grill...delicious, falls off the bone goodness.
