Steps:
- 1. Mix cabbage, bell pepper and onion in large bowl.
- 2. Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl and mix well. Pour over cabbage and toss to coat.
- 3. Refrigerate coleslaw at least 30 minutes before serving.
