2 c green cabbage, chopped fine
1/2 c sweet pickle relish
1/2 c carrots, shredded
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c onion, diced
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 Tbsp dried oregano
1 tsp celery seed
1/2 c cider vinegar
1/8 c dusseldorf mustard
1/8 c yellow mustard

Steps:

  • 1. Prepare vegetables. Add ingredients together in a mixing bowl and mix well. Serve with hot dogs or brats.
