This recipe came from a church friend who makes this for potluck dinners. Both kids and adults like this a lot and it always disappears.

Steps:
- 1. Brown beef, garlic, and onion is a skillet until all pink is gone and onions are tender. Drain. Add beans, BBQ sauce, brown sugar, catsup, and salt and pepper. Simmer for 5-6 minutes or until hot through-out.
- 2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Pour meat mixture into a 7 by 11 inch casserole. Separate biscuits and slice them in half, making 2 thinner circles of each biscuit. Place biscuits on top of meat mixture. Bake for 18 minutes. Remove from oven and top biscuits with cheese. Return to oven for 3-5 minutes or until cheese has melted. Serve immediately.
