Steps:
- 1. In large nonstick skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat 10 to 12 minutes or until no longer pink, stirring occasionally.
- 2. Pour off drippings.
- 3. Season beef with chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper.
- 4. Stir in spinach and salsa, heat through.
- 5. Remove from heat stir in cheese.
- 6. Spoon 1/2 cup beef mixture in center of each tortilla.
- 7. Fold bottom edge up over filling; fold sides to center, overlapping edges.
- 8. Makes 8 burritos.
