Steps:
- 1. Combine 1/3 c. flour, salt and pepper, toss beef cubes with flour mixture and brown in 1 tbsp. oil in large stock pot.
- 2. Add remaining ingredients except the 2 tbsp. of flour and water.
- 3. Stir well and cook for 5-6 hours on med. low. One hour before serving mix in the combined 2 tbsp. flour and 3 tbsp. water. Cook until thick.
