BEEF NACHO CASSEROLE
Steps:
- 1. Heat oven to 350.
- 2. Brown meat; drain.
- 3. Stir in salsa, corn, mayonnaise dressing and chili powder.
- 4. Layer 1/2 meat mixture, chips and cheese in 2-quart casserole.
- 5. Repeat layers.
- 6. Bake 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
- 7. Top with shredded lettuce and chopped tomato, if desired.
