Beef N' Noodle Casserole Helper image

My Version of Hamburger Helper! So yummy!

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 pkg 8oz. macaoni noodles
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion,chopped
1 tsp of crushed garlic
1 can(s) 15 oz. tomato sauce
1 can(s) conddensed cream of chicken soup,undiluted
1 egg
1-1/4 c milk
1 Tbsp butter,melted
1 c mexican blend shredded cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Cook noodles until al dente'. Drain and set aside. In a skillet,brown grown beef,onion,and garlic, on medium-high heat,until meat is no longer pink. Drain. Add tomato sauce. Heat through.
  • 2. In a greased 13 x 9,add pasta to fill bottom of baking dish.Then spread Meat Mixture on top. In a medium Pyrex,wisk together Milk,soup,egg, and butter. Pour over meat mixture. Sprinkle cheese evenly over top.
  • 3. Bake 350 for 30min. Let set for 10-15 min. before serving. P.s. salt to taste
