BEEF BISCUIT ROLL (BEEF PINWHEELS)
Steps:
- Brown onion and beef in butter in a frying pan. Add seasonings. Make biscuit dough and spread dough with meat mixtures and roll like jelly roll. Chill, then cut in 1 1/2" slices place in greased pan cut side up, brush tops with melted butter. Bake 20-25 min at 450 degrees.
