1 lb ground turkey
1 lb ground chuck
1 yellow onion
10 garlic cloves
2 eggs
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup romano cheese
2 tablespoons italian seasoning
1 1/2 tablespoons salt, to taste

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients, form into 25 balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
