I'm not a big fan of salsa, but I loved this dip. The beef and cheese really balance out the flavor.

I made this dip for a party and it was a disaster. The cheese curdled and the dip was too thin.

I followed the recipe exactly and my dip turned out great. It was creamy, cheesy, and had just the right amount of spice.

This dip was a little too spicy for me, but I think that's because I used a hot salsa. Next time, I'll use a mild salsa.
