I'm not a big fan of mushrooms, but I really enjoyed this pilaf. The beef was tender and flavorful, and the rice was cooked perfectly. The mushrooms added a nice umami flavor to the dish, but they weren't overpowering.

This pilaf was a bit too greasy for my taste. I think it could have used less oil. I also found that the rice was a bit undercooked. Next time, I will cook the rice for a few minutes longer.

This pilaf was a bit bland for my taste. I think it could have used more salt and pepper. I also found that the rice was a bit dry. Next time, I will add more liquid to the pot.
