Steps:
- 1. Mix together the butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Add in the nuts and then work in the flour.
- 2. Shape into rolls and wrap in waxed paper or plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for several hours.
- 3. Unwrap and cut into thin slices and place onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for approximately 10 minutes.
- 4. HINT: I always line my cookie sheets with aluminum foil then spray the foil. I find this as easy clean-up.
