BEAN DIP
Steps:
- 1. Combine chiles, tomato sauce, onions and seasonings in a saucepan and cook until onions are tender.
- 2. Add beans and cook approximately 8 minutes.
- 3. Serve either hot or cold; top with grated low-fat cheese if desired.
