BBQ-TEMPEH SLOW COOKER RECIPE image

Number Of Ingredients 13

1 package tempeh cubed (3 grain or soy)
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon molasses or honey
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 1/2 teaspoon smoked bittersweet paprika
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
3 tablespoons tomato paste
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 tablespoon stir crazy (vegetarian worchester sauce)
fresh ground pepper

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients in crockpot and cook 4-6 hours on low.
