BBQ Sloppy Joes image

I used to make these on Sundays (for the Bingo players) when I worked At the VFW in Grand Island, NE

Number Of Ingredients 4

3 lb ground beef
1 large sweet onion, diced
salt and pepper to taste
1 bottle open pit bbq sauce, or your favorite bbq sauce.

Steps:

  • 1. Cook ground beef with onions, salt and pepper meat to taste. Drain off fat, add BBQ Sauce, cook 5-10 mins. Serve on you favorite buns, enjoy!.
  • 2. Put meat mixture in a crock pot for all day on low heat. Serve anytime!
