BBQ Pork Ribs image

"Mom, will you make Ribs for my birthday dinner"? Sure! It's a HUCK feast! If you make these ribs, your family will LOVE you forever!

1 large rack of pork ribs
2 bottle bbq sauce (your favorite brand)
2 lemons
1 Tbsp liquid smoke flavoring
2 Tbsp montreal steak seasoning mix

Steps:

  • 1. In a large roaster, place ribs meat side up and sprinkle with 1 Tbs. Montreal Steak Seasoning. Turn meat bone side up. Sprinkle with remaining Montreal Steak Seasoning.
  • 2. Add enough water in the roaster to be about 2 inches deep.
  • 3. Brush the bone side with BBQ sauce. Do not turn ribs over.
  • 4. Add Liquid smoke to water. Cut 2 lemons in slices and place in the water and around the ribs.
  • 5. Cover the roaster with foil. Bake at 325 for 3 hours, until tender.
  • 6. Remove Ribs from Roaster onto platter. Discard water.
  • 7. Finish out on BBQ grill by brushing on BBQ sauce, and grill aprox 5 mins each side.
