12 ounces barbeque sauce
3½ cups water
1 pound dry lentils
2 green peppers, diced
2 red peppers, diced
2 small onions, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW for six to eight hours. Grab a multigrain bun, serve up your favorite side of summer fruit and enjoy.
