Time 6h5m

Yield 10-12 serving(s)

Number Of Ingredients 6

5 -6 chicken breasts
1 1/2 cups barbecue sauce (I like Sweet Baby Rays)
6 -8 slices bacon
1 cup grated cheese
1 cup Coleslaw
8 -12 flour tortillas

Steps:

  • Spray crock pot with cooking spray.
  • Place frozen chicken breasts in crock pot. Pour BBQ sauce over chicken evenly.
  • Cook on low 6-7 hours ( I cook it all day while I am at work).
  • When chicken is cooked remove from crock pot and shred with fork. Add additional BBQ sauce if necessary.
  • Fry bacon.
  • Spread cole slaw (about 1 heaping tablespoon) onto tortilla, add some shredded chicken, crumbled bacon and cheddar cheese. Wrap up your tortill and enjoy!

These wraps were a bit too bland for me. I will definitely be adding more spices next time.

These wraps were a bit too spicy for me, but my husband loved them. I will definitely be making them again, but I will use a milder BBQ sauce next time.

I'm not a huge fan of BBQ sauce, but these wraps were still really good. I used a honey mustard sauce instead and they were delicious.

These wraps were amazing! They were so easy to make and they tasted great. I used chicken breasts that I had already cooked and shredded, and I added some extra BBQ sauce to the wraps. They were perfect for a quick and easy weeknight dinner.
