These ground chicken Sloppy Joes are a healthier alternative to regular beef Sloppy Joes.

Steps:
- Spray a pan with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat. Add chicken, onion, bell pepper, salt, and pepper. Cook and stir until chicken is no longer pink, 5 to 7 minutes.
- Add barbeque sauce, ketchup, 1/4 cup water, and mustard. Mix thoroughly and add more water if the mixture seems too thick. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Serve on hamburger buns topped with Cheddar cheese, pickle slices, and sliced onion.
