2 cups shrimp, cooked, peeled, crawfish if you have
2 cups celery, chopped
1 cup peas, frozen
1/4 cup stuffed green olive, sliced
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
