- Set stand 5 minutes, then heat gently until gelatin dissolves completely.
- Add gelatin and lemon juice to sliced berries.
- Fold in whipped cream.
- Pour into a 1-quart mold or serving dish.
- Chill until set.
- Carefully unmold and serve.
