Number Of Ingredients 5

1 Tbsp flour
5 large eggs
1 1/4 c heavy cream
salt and pepper
1 deep dish frozen pie crust

  • 2. Combine eggs, flour, cream, salt and pepper in a blender until mixed well or mix well with a hand mixer. Set aside.

This quiche was a bit too dry for my taste. I think I would have liked it better if I had added more milk or cream to the filling.

This quiche is a great way to use up leftover vegetables. I had some leftover broccoli and cauliflower, and I added them to the filling. It turned out great! The quiche was packed with flavor and the crust was perfectly cooked.
