This salad was a huge disappointment. The lobster was tough and the corn was bland. I won't be making this again.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my salad didn't turn out as good as the picture. I think I might have overcooked the barley.

This salad was a bit bland for my taste. I think it needed more seasoning.

I'm not sure I would make this salad again. It was good, but not amazing. I think the flavor of the lobster was a bit too strong for my taste.

This salad is a bit pricey to make, but it's worth it for a special occasion. The lobster and corn are both high-quality ingredients that really make the dish.

This salad is a great way to get a healthy dose of protein and fiber. The barley and lobster are both good sources of protein, and the corn and vegetables add fiber.

I added some chopped avocado to this salad and it was delicious! The avocado added a creamy texture and a boost of healthy fats.

This salad is a great way to use up leftover corn on the cob. I just cut the kernels off the cob and add them to the salad.

I'm not a huge fan of lobster, but I really enjoyed this salad. The barley and corn balance out the flavor of the lobster perfectly.

This salad is a great way to get your kids to eat their vegetables. My kids love the sweet corn and lobster, and they don't even notice the barley.
