Barbecued Prawns (Shrimp) With Mustard Dipping Sauce image

Super easy and makes a great entree/appetizer for an outdoors meal. Can be cooked also in a large pan or grilled. You can add some yogurt or sour cream to the dipping sauce if you wish- if you do cut back on the lemon juice

3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 3/4 tablespoons lemon juice

I would have liked the prawns to be a bit more charred.

I've made this recipe several times and it's always a crowd-pleaser. The prawns are juicy and flavorful, and the mustard sauce is tangy and creamy.

These prawns were a hit at my last party! The mustard dipping sauce was the perfect complement to the smoky, grilled flavor of the shrimp.
