These meatballs were a bit too spicy for my taste, but my husband loved them. I'll probably make them again, but I'll use less cayenne pepper next time.

I've made these meatballs several times now and they are always a hit. I love that I can make them ahead of time and then just pop them in the oven when I'm ready to serve.

I'm not a big fan of barbecue sauce, but these meatballs were still really good. The meat was tender and juicy, and the spices were well-balanced.

These meatballs were a bit dry, but the flavor was good. I think I'll add some more moisture next time, maybe some bread crumbs or grated vegetables.

I've tried many meatball recipes over the years, but this one is by far the best. The combination of spices and the smoky flavor from the barbecue sauce is perfect.
