Barbara's Italian Wedding Soup image

In a little Italian restaurant in Santa Cruz, my husband and I had an amazing soup with orzo. I tweaked it at home to make it healthier but kept the warm, comforting flavor. -Barbara Spitzer, Lodi, California

This soup is a great way to use up leftover chicken. I always have some leftover chicken in my fridge, so this soup is a lifesaver.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my soup turned out really watery. I think I might have added too much broth.

This soup was just okay. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special either.

The meatballs in this soup were a bit dry. I think I would use a different recipe for the meatballs next time.

This soup was a bit too bland for my taste. I had to add some extra salt and pepper to make it more flavorful.
