Bang Bang Shrimp image

Finally! I've been experimenting with different "copycat" recipes for Bonefish Grill's Bang Bang Shrimp for a couple of years. Finally, the Food Network folks have nailed it!! This recipe is in the April 2010 issue of Food Network Magazine. The only change I made was to add some Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce to add more zip. Serves 4 as an appetizer or 2 as a main dish.

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover shrimp. I made it with some shrimp that I had leftover from a seafood boil and it was delicious.

This recipe was a disaster! The shrimp were tough and the sauce was bland. I don't recommend this recipe.

The shrimp were a little overcooked, but the sauce was delicious. I'll definitely make this again, but I'll be careful not to overcook the shrimp.

This recipe was a bit too spicy for me, but my husband loved it. I'll try making it again with less cayenne pepper next time.
