Chex must have had a contest, and somehow it caught my attention, because I've queued up four new Nuts 'n Bolts recipes. This was one of the favorites -- it took less than a day for my work to eat it up. . .

1/2 tsp banana extract
1/2 tsp rum extract

This recipe needs more detailed instructions. I'm not sure how long to bake the mix or at what temperature.

I followed the recipe exactly and my mix turned out really dry. I'm not sure what went wrong.

This mix is a bit too sweet for my taste. I think I'll try reducing the amount of sugar next time.

I'm not a big fan of bananas, but I really enjoyed this mix. The bananas foster flavor is subtle and not overpowering.
