BANANAS FOSTER BREAD PUDDING image

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 loaf brioche or french bread cubed & dried in a 200 deg oven for 15-20 min.
2 C heavy cream
3/4 C milk
3/4 C brown sugar
6 egg yolks
1/2 C rum
1/4 tsp cinnamon
2 T vanilla
1-2 bananas sliced

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients, except bread, in a bowl & blend with hand mixer. Stir in bread until moist. Spray 9 X 13 pan lightly with cooking spray. Pour all into baking pan, bake covered with foil at 300 for 45 min. Remove foil & continue to bake for another 10 min. Let cool before serving.
