Steps:
- Melt butter in skillet and stir in sugar and zest. Cook over medium high heat for 3 - 5 minutes stirring occasionally. When sugar has reached a caramel like consistency add bananas and cook for 3 minutes. Add rum and flambe. Serve over vanilla ice cream.
