For a quick snack, I buy the small tortilla shells in the refrigerated section in the store. I then spread peanut butter and or bananas/raisins on, fold and serve. In the morning, I have added a little honey on top.

These snacks are delicious, but they're a bit messy to eat. I would recommend serving them with a napkin.

The snacks were a bit dry. I think I would add a little more butter or oil to the recipe next time.

These snacks are a bit too sweet for my taste. I would reduce the amount of sugar in the recipe next time.

These snacks are a great way to use up ripe bananas. I always have a few overripe bananas on hand, so this recipe is perfect for me.
