Number Of Ingredients 6

1 banana, peeled and sliced
1 cup - milk
1 tsp. - honey
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 cracked ice cubes
blender/measuring cup/measuring spoons/knife for slicing banana

Steps:

  • 1. put milk, honey, banana an ice cubes into the blender and cover 2. Blend at high speed for about 30 seconds 3. pour the shake into 2 glasses and sprinkle with nutmeg 4. serve immediately
