Banana Split Cake image

A delicious, easy to make cake that will please everyone.

2 c graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c melted butter
2 eggs
2 c powdered sugar
1 c butter
4 bananas
1 can(s) (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
1 (16 oz.) carton cool whip
1 c chopped pecans
1/2 c chopped maraschino cherries

Steps:

  • 1. Make crust with graham cracker crumbs and butter; press into 13 X 9 inch pan.
  • 2. Mix powdered sugar, eggs, and butter for 15 minutes with electric mixer. Pour on crust.
  • 3. Slice bananas and arrange on top. Add crushed pineapple on top evenly.
  • 4. Cover with Cool Whip; sprinkle with nuts and cherries.
  • 5. Cover and chill overnight.
