Banana Split Brownie Pizza image

Get all the goodies of a banana split ice cream dessert with the bonus of fudgy brownies.

1 box (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Supreme original brownie mix
Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on brownie mix box for cakelike brownies
1 pint (2 cups) favorite flavor ice cream, slightly softened
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
2 medium bananas, sliced (1 1/2 cups)
1/2 cup pineapple tidbits in juice, drained, patted dry (from 8-oz can)
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup Hershey's® hot fudge topping
Whipped cream, if desired

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). Grease 12x3/4-inch pizza pan with shortening or cooking spray. Make brownie batter as directed on box for cakelike brownies. Spread in pan.
  • Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out almost clean. Cool completely on cooling rack, about 11/2 hours.
  • Spread slightly softened ice cream evenly over brownie base. Freeze at least 1 hour until ice cream is firm. Just before serving, top with strawberries and bananas; sprinkle with pineapple and pecans. Drizzle with topping. Serve with whipped cream.
