1 cup frozen raspberry
1 cup frozen banana
½ cup frozen strawberry
½ cup milk
chia seed, frozen fruit,shredded coconut etc.

Steps:

  • Add the first four ingredients to a blender and blend til smooth and thick.
  • Pour in a bowl, add toppings of choice, and serve.
