ripe banana, sliced 1 ea ---
Splenda® No Calorie Sweetener 5 packets ---
reduced fat milk 1/2 cup ---
frozen unsweetened raspberries 1 1/4 cups

Steps:

  • Place sliced banana on a plate and freeze for 10 minutes or until slightly firm. Combine all ingredients in the jar of a blender. Blend on medium speed until smooth. Pour into glasses and enjoy.
