BANANA PUDDING image

Number Of Ingredients 5

6 tablespoons flour
6 tablespoons sugar
2 cups scalded milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 egg yolks

Steps:

  • Blend flour and sugar. Add milk and mix well. Add beaten egg yolks and mix well with rotary beater. Cook in top of double boiler until thickened, stirring constantly. Add vanilla. Pour over layers of cookies and bananas. Top with cookie crumbs. For larger groups double recipe.
