Banana Nut Muffins - Vegan image

From Vegan-a-Go-Go. They didn't give specifics for the type of flour or the type of milk, I chose whole wheat flour & almond milk this time, in order to get the right nutritional data.....it sounds like nearly any flour or milk would work. Haven't tried yet....but plan to!

Overall, I thought these muffins were just okay. They weren't bad, but they weren't anything special either.

The muffins didn't rise very much, so they were a bit flat.

I found the muffins to be a bit dry.

These muffins are a bit too dense for my taste.

These muffins are a great way to use up ripe bananas. They're also a healthier alternative to traditional muffins, since they're made with whole wheat flour and sweetened with honey.

These muffins are amazing! They're so moist and flavorful, and the banana-nut combination is perfect. I've made them several times now, and they're always a hit.
