Steps:
- 1. Combine dry ingredients in medium bowl. Beat butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in a large bowl until creamy.
- 2. Beat in bananas and egg. Gradually beat in flour mixture; stir in mini chips.
- 3. Spread into greased 15 X 10 inch jelly roll pan. .
- 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
