Banana Milk from Yemen image

This recipe is inspired by the Yamani brand banana milk found in Yemen, but it is a homemade version, so it is even healtheir and more tasty. This is a great snack for kids and a healthy alternative to chocolatee milk. You can add as much sugar as you like or leave it out completely if you like.

Great recipe! I love the versatility of this banana milk. I've enjoyed it on its own, added it to smoothies, and even used it as a base for a creamy soup.

Overall, a nice recipe. The banana milk was creamy and had a pleasant banana flavor. However, I think it would benefit from a touch more sweetness.

This is a unique and flavorful drink, but I found the cardamom flavor to be a bit overpowering. I would suggest using a lighter hand with the spices next time.

While the banana milk was tasty, I felt it was a bit too thick for my preference. Next time, I'll try using a little less milk to create a thinner consistency.

I love this recipe because it allows me to use up ripe bananas that would otherwise go to waste. The banana milk is a great way to start the day or enjoy as an afternoon snack.
